My name is Betsey Weaver, and I am a 37 year old mother of 4. My normal daily jobs include making sure every one is dressed and fed, managing the chaos of our very busy life, and blessing those around me in the process. Right now, my days consist of sitting at my preemie son's bedside providing for him however I can while my husband holds down the home front 65 miles away.
Still hard to believe I have FOUR kids! I have "ORANGE" haired twin daughters, Emma and Lara who are 9 years old and in the 4th grade, and a handsome little prince - Jake - who is 4 years old. He just started Pre-K at the big school with his sisters this year! We welcomed our 4th child, Finn, on October 5, 2011 at 26 weeks and 5 days - 14 weeks too soon! I am married to the MOST amazing man on the planet. Britt is sweet, courageous, smart, giving, loving, sensitive, strong, and most of all - he loves us all with all he has! I work full time at Oklahoma State University, and love to volunteer. So, here we are - married, 4 kids, added a miniature schnauzer named "Einstein" to the mix, and are loving our life!
The purpose of this blog is to chronicle my journey of weight loss, fitness, and family, alongside the life I lead as a Christian wife and mother.
